A type of motorsport that can be organized on a permanent track, such as karting circuits, or on a temporary course like parking lots. The car must slide sideways in an oversteer condition ("rear-wheel slip during cornering") and be controlled by the drivers. Competitors are judged based on their drifting skill and maneuvering, where drivers must demonstrate speed and control of the drift in one or two tandem runs.
